Getting Started:
Select the Triton Smart Support service type that you’d like to purchase from the service level drop down menu. When completing the purchase, set the shipping address as the coverage address for the Triton Smart Support. After the order has been processed, the Triton Smart Support team will reach out to you, to gather more information to finalize the contract (Product serial number, confirming coverage address, etc.). Finally, you’ll receive a welcome email with your product coverage date range, Triton Smart Support contact information, and instructions on how to access the Triton Smart Support Portal.
